Since its start on January 14, the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra has traveled across 16 states and 110 districts. As they take part in the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra in Mumbai, supporters welcome Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the Indian National Congress opposition party, and his sister, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra.
Rahul Gandhi, the head of the Congress, led the 6,700-kilometer Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, which concluded on Saturday in Dadar, Mumbai. As the yatra moved toward Dharavi, his sister, Congress national secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, joined it.
Since its start on January 14, the yatra has traveled through 110 districts and 16 states.
At Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statue, Chaityabhoomi, the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra came to an end. At the Ambedkar Smarak, Congress leaders offered floral tributes as the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra came to a close.
The purpose of the yatra, according to Priyanka, was to expose people to “the reality of this country”.
Understanding the state of our country now is crucial. She stated, “He (Rahul Gandhi) started the ‘Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra’ to make you all aware of the harsh onslaught on public awareness.
Rahul criticized the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on the final day of the yatra because to electoral ties. He charged that the party was obtaining money from businesses by using electoral bonds as a cover.
“The biggest companies use electoral bonds as a means of funding the BJP. These firms provide financial support to the BJP whenever they are investigated by agencies such as the CBI or the ED. As a result, investigations frequently appear to end without having any lasting effects. They extort money in this way,” he claimed.
Additionally, he asserted that the opposition administrations in Maharashtra, Goa, Manipur, and Arunachal were overthrown by the BJP using “extortion money” obtained through election bonds.
In addition, the Congress has scheduled a massive gathering in Shivaji Park to commemorate the end of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. It’s anticipated that a number of INDIA bloc leaders will attend the demonstration.
